When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 2-3 working days.
 
Where is my shipment confirmation?
As soon as your order is shipped you will receive an email from us to the email address you entered on your order. 
 
What happens if something I order is out of stock?
If an item you order is out of stock we will notify you by email and ask you to either pick something of the same value or give you a refund.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are sent by regular mail. The average shipping time is 7 - 14 days but please allow up to 25 days for your order to arrive. If you need your order sent express mail please email us beforehand to see if it is possible.

Do you ship to my country?
We offer worldwide shipping so no matter where you are in the world you'll be able to purchase the items you want.
 
I only received part of my order, what's going on?
Don't worry!  You will receive the rest of your order in another package or packages. Sometimes items are stored in multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately but you won't incur additional delivery charges.

Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?
If you wish to cancel an order after you've placed it you must contact us within 24 hours.

I have an incorrect item in my order, what do I do?
We want to sort out any problems straight away, please contact us and a member of our customer care team will get back to you.

How do I pay and is it secure?
The checkout process is through Paypal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions available.  Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to Paypal's secure servers.
